We strive to provide excellent real estate photography services, and our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the final product. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may require a refund. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for requesting refunds related to our services.

1. Scope of Policy

This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all services provided by TXD Estate Photography (“we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website, txdestatephotography.com, and governs the conditions and process for refunds.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Quality: If the final deliverables (photographs, videos, etc.) do not meet agreed-upon standards or specified requirements, and attempts to correct the issue are unsuccessful.
  • Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., technical failures or emergencies).
  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your booking within the specified notice period (48 hours before the scheduled service), you may qualify for a partial refund as outlined below.

Note: Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind cancellations made after services have been rendered, or for any customer-caused issues, including delays due to lack of access to the property at the scheduled time.

3. Refund Process

a. Initiating a Refund

  1. Full Name
  2. Contact Information (Phone Number, Email)
  3. Service Booking Details (Date, Time, and Type of Service)
  4. Reason for Refund Request
  5. Any Supporting Documentation or Evidence (e.g., examples of service quality issues)

Our team will review your request and provide a response within 5-7 business days.

b. Review and Assessment

After receiving your refund request, we will:

  1. Review the details of your booking and the provided reason for refund.
  2. Contact you if further clarification or evidence is required.
  3. Assess the validity of the claim based on our Terms and Conditions and this Refunds and Returns Policy.

c. Refund Determination

Based on our assessment, we will inform you of one of the following outcomes:

  • Full Refund: If TXD Estate Photography did not deliver the agreed service or if we were unable to complete the service.
  • Partial Refund: If some aspects of the service do not meet the standards or if you cancelled within the cancellation window (48 hours prior to service).
  • No Refund: If the service was provided as agreed and issues were due to customer preference after service completion.

4. Refund Amounts and Fees

  • Full Refund: You will receive a refund of the full amount paid if the service was not provided.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service may qualify for a partial refund, with a 15% processing fee deducted from the total service fee to cover administrative costs.
  • Late Cancellations or No-Shows: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Timeframe

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Submit refund requests promptly with all required details.
  • Adhere to the cancellation policy to avoid fees.
